Lulzbot TAZ 5 / 4 Low Friction Spool Holder Mount

So, I took a bit from both of these objects to build a rock solid mount for this awesome filament stand. Included are the STL's for the mount, clamps and a couple little spaces that I found that I needed at the bolt head, and between the spool holder and the mount that I put together. Used a 4" long 5/16" bolt to attach the spool holder to the mount, and four #6, 1" long screws to clamp the whole thing to the side of my TAZ 5. The back clamps are modified to have a little larger holes to accomodate the #6 screws. One thing to note, this low friction spool holder actually has such low friction, that the filament reel initially wanted to unspool itself due to the tension that the filament had from being put on the spool. This was remedied by adjusting the thickness of the spacer between the bearing and the TAZ5 frame mount against the bearings such that it drags a little against the frame side cone, thus preventing the spool from unwinding on it's own. Another issue that has been resolved is that because the spool sits a bit further out now, the feeder tube is too far in. Not an issue when the spool is half empty, but on full spools, it tends to want to pull the top row of filament off the spool. I've uploaded a couple different choices. One is simply a longer version than what comes with your TAZ. The other has a bit of a stop built in to prevent the filament tube holder from sliding inward. Both seem to work alright. I've switched to the one with the stop myself. Been using this setup on my printer for some time now and no complaints.
