Lulzbot Taz 6 E3D Titan Aero Tube Clamps for 1.75mm filament

Welcome! The Taz Pro ships with 2 x E3D Titan Aero hot-ends, and you can get an upgrade for your Taz 6 to bring E3D Titan Aero hotends as well! (See: Lulzbot's Aerostruder or IT Works 3D Titan Aero Pro). With the Pro, they designed clamps for the input feeder tube to secure them onto the tensioner mechanism. This prevents the occasional time where the bowden tube would get sucked into the feeder and jam the print. Unfortunately, Lulzbot is really intent on sticking with 2.85mm filament, and I've long since moved on to 1.75mm. I wanted to use this upgrade, but it was not compatible with the small PTFE tube that needs to extend out of the filament path on the extruder when using 1.75mm. Enter this mod. This model includes both the Left and Right tube clamp in the design. You will need to purchase (if you don't have any extra on hand) new 1.75mm PTFE tube paths from E3D so that you can put a longer one in to bring it to the end of the clamp - it will slide inside of the other larger bowden tube when tightened. You will also need 4 x m3 heat set inserts if you intend to print both the Left and Right clamp, and will need 4 x M3*10mm black oxide color screws and 4 x M3 washers. Print this with a 0.5mm nozzle at 0.33mm Layer Height, @ 60% infill, Octet (tetrahedral) infill pattern. As always, use at your own risk, you may void your warranty, yadda yadda. :) Happy Printing!
