I loved many features from several of the Pi cases on this site, but wasn't 100% happy with any specific ones for my Taz 6. So I took bits from each of them and made one I am quite happy with. For the Pi Camera to reach to the other side of the device you need to buy an extended cable, I purchased this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07J68TJ7L/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I also ran the cable between the computer box and frame as seen in the 2nd picture so as to prevent the ribbon cable from being effected by any moving parts. Its also probably a good idea to tape the ribbon down so it doesn't have any chances of touching the Z axis parts. To make my case stay shut, I used a hand torch with a flat heated tip to melt key places together to hold it close. The interior of the case is a tight enough fit to keep the pi from moving once the case is held shut.
