Lulzbot TAZ Laser-cut Flex Plate (for Dual Extruder)

Hello! This is a laser-cut option for the flex plate required for dual extrusion on TAZ machines. I was getting really bad warping from the original flex plate from Lulzbot(see image). I have a heated chamber and I think this accelerated the warping of the plate. That being said, it wasn't even a week before the plate started warping. Printing in PC or PC-ABS may prove successful but could get pricey. I want this to be accessible to people without the ability for exotic materials; without leaving the reprap world, so I turned to laser-cutting! Breaking down the original flex-plate into three different shapes, I cut them out on the laser and then sandwiched them together to get the correct thicknesses. The 3mm piece is not necessary and is not seen in photos
