This is an upgraded fan shroud for a LulzBot Taz 5. The tiny 20 mm fan my printer came with bit the dust and forced me to improvise. This is designed to print quickly enough that you should be able to get it done before the heat creep causes the filament to jam, which means it's a little thinner than it probably could be. No supports should be needed. All the holes are a little smaller than I meant them to be so they have to be drilled out as well. If I ever get around to it I will make an updated version. Until then feel free to remix it. Installation: This requires 5 screws of your choosing. It's not a structural component, so I just let the machine screws thread right into the plastic. Once you've drilled them out, align the shroud to the front of the extruder and find where it wants to live. Then put the drill bit through the hole and mark where it needs to be. Remove the shroud and drill into the printed extruder mount being careful not to ram anything important too hard (it is likely lined directly up with the hotend). Then screw in the shroud and fan, connect up your wiring, and you're good to go!
