Designed a mount to hold my Lumia 640 phone (not the XL) in my car, with a bar underneath for holding a right-angled USB power connector. The mount is designed to be printed in ABS so it will shrink to the correct size. ABS will also more likely resist high temperatures in a car, so I wouldn't recommend using PLA.
