I've Got It Right Now The photo showcases a Lumia 640 phone that should fit both versions, but if not let me know. I will adapt the design to meet your needs instantly. As for now here is update 11-04-2015: I have included the slightly modified version 2.1 in my previous designs. The updates give you options; a simple foam pad can be used on the bottom side if printing TPE is not possible, or if desired, a small optional TPE pad can be printed on top for extra color touch and added support against slippy phone cases.
