<p>This is a repair piece for the plastic bit that covers the electronics of a Lumina Daphine Terra lamp. This is a high stress plastic that controls the stiffness of the lamp arm as the ball joint is forced into it causing friction and the lamp to remain in place.</p><p>This looks 99% like the original piece, difference is the original is embossed and the model here is debossed. Print face down on textured sheet for most accurate repro.</p><p>Mine was broken and I imagine others will brake too if you have this lamp.</p><p>To get this assembled in the lamp, you have to cut the old one off, then place each half around the ball joint and screw onto the main base using the metal bracket in the interior of the lamp.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>**My lmap is an original from the 70's--they may have changed the design since then and this will not work for modern lamps&nbsp;</p>
