Luna Cycle Triangle Bike Bag Mount Brackets

The Luna Cycle triangle battery bag seems to have a concern that the grommets may fail and tear. So I was thinking if the weight was distributed between a sandwich of plates, it may help. This was my first design project, accomplished with TinkerCAD online. The design accommodates an upper cross tube of 1.4 inches. The holes are just barely too small to let the head of the wire tie go through them, but otherwise they work great. Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: Took a bit more than 2 hours per set. This could be reduced by using less infill I imagine, but I wanted to make sure it was structurally sound. 3 layers bottom/wall/top. I used cloth gaffers tape on the faces that touch the tube to keep it from sliding around as much. Ended up being so snug it just held itself as you see in the photo. Post-Printing I had to round the edge of one of the inner bag plates to take away a stress point on the zipper.
