The Luneiran Airlancers are the pegasi cavalry of the tharch of Luneira. These warriors, priests, and mages serve more as a police force than a military one, but they are notedly lax towards handling situations that aren't endangering lives or profits of the tharch. Their goal is more to allow those who come to the flying enclave to enjoy their visit, and not stop the continual partying that their tharch is known for.
