UPDATE:09.11.2017 Battery status button was missaligned, corrected that. Added mechanical button directly to the Case cover. Added percentage numbers next to battery stats LEDs Added LWC Logo Added groove to base for Version2 charging board ( better fit) Two colors?! Dual extruder?! NO!! I simply paused the print, changed filament and resumed, works pretty nice dont you think?! _________________________________________________________________________ Simple DIY Powerbank build. ( Measurment 140x73x16) Pretty funny story. A friend of mine came along with a powerbank he bought for like supercheap online. 20000mAH was the deal but he complained he couldnt charge his phone over 25%. He handed me the powerbank and I imidiately had to smirk, it was so damn light no way this powerbank would be able to deliver 20000mAH. After opening it up I found a tiny 600mAH lithium battery glued to the case XD They didnt even bother to glue some heavy bolts or nuts to the case to increase the weight. The circuit board was ok and I was able to find it pretty quickly online. It could deliver up to 2amps so thats not to bad at all. From an earlier fraud I still had a 6000mAH battery some shop tried to fool me for a 10000mAH battery. So it was time to finally transform two frauds into a happy ending. The powerbank outputs almost 2 amps and really does charge your electronics pretty fast ;) it also features 4 LEDs showing the charge in 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. A single white LED mini flashlight ( by pressing and holding the button) Things you need: Lipo Battery 6000mAH: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/Free-shipping-Polymer-battery-6000-mah-3-7V-906090-smart-home-MP3-speakers-Li-ion-battery/32775287429.html Lipo Battery 10000mAH: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1pc-8573130-3-7V-10000mAh-Lithium-Polymer-LiPo-3-7v-10ah-Rechargeable-Battery-2a-For-power/32709430864.html Powerbank circuit board: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/5V1A-2A-Mobile-Power-Bank-Charger-Module-Step-Up-Power-Boost-Supply-Circuit-PCB-Board-Charging/32807277124.html Some superglue, hotglue gun, soldering iron You can of course try to fit a bigger battery inside, but as I only had one I added some padding to make the battery shockproof. !!ATTENTION!! Never use a unprotected lithium ion or lipo battery! Always pay attention to buy a protected battery ( tiny circuit board directly soldered to the battery, from the protection circuit board the + and - cable emerge)
