Hi ya'll, After building a few Lynx from scratch (direct from Orion Blaster's BOM sheets) I came to notice that different sections of the same plunger tube material would fit nice and tight with the stock plunger and o-rings while some had issues. I soon found that the plunger tube ID would fluctuate just enough to make for a less than ideal seal around the plunger head. SO I modified Orion's original plunger file to use the fatter 216 nitrile o-rings which give me very nice shot consistency and perfect seal on all my Lynx Blasters. Same length as the original and should function same as stock just with improved o-ring performance. Hope this helps someone out!
