M1 Garand enbloc clip holster designed with competition speed loading in mind. It is intended to work with 1.26" diameter magnets (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097BNR7CR?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) though it should still work without magnets. The holster is for right handed loading of the enbloc clip. Rounds must be loaded such that the high side is on the right side of the clip. _15 is for 1.5" width belts; _175 is for 1.75" width belts.
