M10 MOD for MMU Slot Buffer

This is a modified top piece (SBU_F.Slot) to fit the M10 connectors. I have also added a bridge to allow for the filament to glide along with less friction over the handle pin. I'll call this version 0.5 as I will continue to improve. I just wanted to get this out to everyone first. If you have any thoughts on how to improve this make please let me know in the comments. I have improved the part to now include threads to make it easier to screw in the M10 fitting.
