M16 Wood Clamp

M16 Wood Clamp

thingiverse

Update: If you like this design, Checkout the M8 clamp as well (I feel its a better design) This is a very handy "g clamp" for use in Woodwork and some other places where one would need long shaft clamps that does not need to be enormously strong. This clamp is way strong enough to clamp wood or similar products for gluing. Essentially the length of the clamp is limited to the length of shaft that you can find. Fixing 2 or more M16 Rods together is also very much possible. (I will also post a similar clamp that use M8 rod that one can extend easily) This tool is very handy when clamping large objects like beds or shelving. To assemble follow the steps 1 to 9 as per photos. Please Tighten the Nuts in Step3 and Step5a Very Tight. The nuts should lock against each other NOT against the plastic. Note: Printing this part for commercial reasons is only permissible if it is printed from its original files WITH consent from the designer.
