This product is intended specifically for game, real-time, or background use. This model should not be subdivided. Renders completed in Marmoset Toolbag 3 look different from default renders in 3ds Max, so that's worth noting. The Marmoset Toolbag scene itself IS included. The following are the product specs: - Separate objects make animation much easier. You can move individual parts such as the bolt sleeve, bolt, cocking piece, rear sight ladder, rear sight aperture, and trigger. - Two versions of the geometry exist: one with triangles and another with quadrilaterals (quads). Triangles shade most accurately but may be useful for Level of Detail generation. Polygon count information for both models is shown. No non-planar polygons are used in this model. Geometry has been unwrapped to make efficient use of UV space, reducing wasted memory. Materials and objects have proper naming convention used throughout. Model is approximately the size of real-world rifles (in centimeters): 109cm x 6cm x 21cm. Testing in multiple engines confirms: - Works in Marmoset Toolbag 3. - Also works well with Unreal Engine 4. - Works correctly in Unity Engine too. This model doesn't require special plugins. .obj and .fbx file exports come directly from 3ds Max 2018. || Textures || Textures have high resolution, designed specifically for physically-based rendering (PBR): - PBR base color map: 4096 x 4096 pixels. - Roughness and metalness maps are also 4096 x 4096. Ambient Occlusion maps (normal) match that same resolution too. - Separate .30-06 cartridge textures, measuring only 512 x 512 pixels each. Additional specular/gloss textures for PBR setup exist for download. Specified download folders also have exported specialized texture sets in both Unreal Engine and Unity Engine formats. You can adjust these yourself using Substance Painter - source files are provided separately!
