I have used this with a green gas 40mm grenade I got from Evike with no issues (yet). These are my changes to Steve Hazes' m203 launcher. I am calling it version 2 since i want to differentiate yet give credit to the great work already accomplished. It contains all his original markings for author credit. Many of the parts are still interchangeable. As with any project you will need to file/sand/drill to fit parts (#19,#32 drill bits). I also used a soldering iron to sink stubborn fitting nuts/magnets/bolt heads as needed. The first item i redesigned was the barrel release mechanism (spring switch) so you can operate it with gloves... you can use this part with the original version with a simple modification to the SafetySwitchSurround (see below) I also changed components to use 6mm x 2mm neodymium magnets as they are easily sourced on Amazon in multi-size kits (best to buy a multiple size kit for future projects!) For barrel release / spring switch - I used half-length of a 7/32 x 1-5/8 x .015" compression spring; Hillman H#543041 UPC 038902002396; purchased from a large blue home improvement store; or cannibalize an old clicker pen. For pin spring I used a 5/16 x 1.5 x .020" compression spring with my v2 extended length pin (shorten 3/8" for standard pin); Hillman H#543040 UPC 038902002389; purchased from a large blue home improvement store. I printed v1 & v2 in PETG. Possible future plans may include adjustable trigger maximum pull to avoid locking your specific brand grenade valves from sticking open if they are pushed in too far. Or perhaps you can just shorten the firing pin to fit your particular use case. Inventory: BarrelRailMount - no changes. I used a 4mm nyloc for pivot nut. Slice @100% infill density. BarrelRailMountSide - no changes. Rotate 90 degrees around Y axis to lay flat before slicing. (i got a better print this way) Slice @100% infill density. LauncherBarrel_v2_41mm - modified to include a lower support to stop flex on trigger pull; increased inner diameter where grenade sits to 41mm to allow insertion of some brands of grenades that are bigger than 40mm. NOTE: I have test printed this 41mm version and all the grenades I have fit. Slice @50% infill density. LauncherBarrelEnd_v2 - added 3mm screw hole for attaching to TriggerWell; you can still glue it and/or attach with 3mm screw&nut. Added slot to allow lower barrel support of triggerwell. Slice @50% infill density. LauncherPin_v2 - added 6mm to reduce long trigger pull. Slice @100% infill density. LauncherSafetyAxle - no changes. Rotate 25 degrees around X axis to print standing on flat bottom before slicing. You may need to scrape or sand this down to fit into the two parts it connects. You may also find its slightly too long so sand end down as necessary. Slice @100% infill density. LauncherSafetyCover_v2 - changed size of magnets to 6mm x 2mm and location (due to Safety changes). Slice @50% infill density. LauncherSafetyMech_v2 - changed size of magnets to 6mm x 2mm and location due to larger size; modified end of safety to fit around pin. Slice @100% infill density. LauncherSafetySwitch - no changes. Will reed to rotate before slicing. I sanded the top and bottom to fit under the cover without friction; recommend place switch under LauncherSafetySwitchSurround_v2 onto flat surface before assembling to test fit. Slice @50% infill density. LauncherSafetySwitchSurround_v2 - modified to support modified LauncherSpringSwitch; you could modify your original instead with dremel and/or file. Slice @50% infill density with support trees. LauncherSpringSwitch_v2 (improved barrel release button) - redesigned to allow use of gloved finger and thicker support. Requires use of LauncherSafetySwitchSurround_v2 - or modify your original design using dremel and/or file. Slice @100% infill density with support trees. LauncherTriggerLid - no changes. Rotate 90 degrees around Y axis to lay flat before slicing. Slice @50% infill density. LauncherTrigger_v2 - added material around pivot; made finger grip thicker; removed material from top to clear safety; part sitting flat for easier slicing. Slice @100% infill density. LauncherTriggerWell_v2 - added 4mm SafetyAxle hole; added screw hole and nut cavity to attach BarrelEnd_v2 with 3mm screw; added a lower barrel catch; added wall to support lower edge of firing pin block. Slice @50% infill density with a support tree for the top latch. (I forgot to fill in 3 of the nut holes as they are not needed but they are covered in the final product anyway.) 7/19/22 I created a pistol grip for this item. search for #5319776
