This mount is intended to mount an SO-239 bulkhead connector into a 28mm-30mm panel hole. The SO-239 is used for Amateur Radio antennas. The nut is intended to keep the assemble from turning when mounter in a 19" 1U blank. It is not required, but you may want to adapt it for similar use. This is a remix of my M28 Panel Blank.
