UPDATE 03/17/2023 - Note tht the fit on this is tight! It's supposed to be. These are inexpensive lights so I put them, on and leave them. The jaws of the picatinny rail are working against the flashlight jaws. So it might take some force to get this installed. Inexpensive tactical upgrade for your firearm. This flashlight mount was designed specifically for the GearLight M3 flashlight and mounts on any standard 1913 Picatinny (or NATO STANAG 4694) rail. Attach holder to Picatinny rail using a 30 mm M4 button head hex machine screw and nut. By design, all hardware will be flush or recessed into the holder. See my complementary rail section here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5880733 These tactical flashlights are dirt cheap at resellers like Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076FVC1R6?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Printed with IEMAI carbon fiber PETG at temperatures 225/80 from a 0.6 mm nozzle and 30% infill. Note that the attached Fusion 360 file dimensions were custom fit to comply with: 1) Picatinny specification 1913 MIL-STD-1913 (see rail link above for copy of mil spec) 2) GearLight M3 dimensions Blanket shrinkage/expansion settings were not made in the CURA slicer. So if you are using a different filament you might need to alter the Fusion 360 file. Note that this project has been prototyped and actual working holders printed successfully. Note that the M3 flashlight snaps into the holder for a very secure fit. It might take some force the first time. I recommend mounting the holder on the Picatinny rail first.
