M3 Rosettes for Spring-loaded Platform Adjustment

Introducing M3 nut rosettes for easy spring-loaded leveling on your cupcake 3D printer! These handy tools consist of three screws instead of four to avoid loose nuts and feature conical springs and M3 thin nuts to keep the platform at an optimal height. Flathead screws prevent collisions with the extruder nozzle. To create these rosettes, make two M3NutRosette2.stl models and one M3NutRosette1.stl, using M3 nuts on M3 screws for centering and leveling. Secure everything in place with liquefied ABS applied with a syringe or brush. For installation, use an aluminum build plate with pre-drilled holes and combine it with the HBP PCB. Assemble the platform by adding a thin nut, conical spring (narrow side up), optional large washer, wooden base, and rosette (flat side up). For optimal results, level the platform while heated to prevent bowing.
