This is an M3 to M2 adapter to ensure that there is no play in your flight stack when using M2 screws with a frame that has M3 mounting holes. It is designed to be printed in TPU which allows the screw to be threaded and also doubles as a vibration dampening measure. Lastly, it can serve to isolate the screws from shorting circuits due to contact with the carbon fiber frame. I prefer to use them with steel M2 washers.
