UPDATE 7/17/2019- Added A Zslider with fin for the back right in case you want to do optical and use jwmueller https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052677 feet belt tensioners at the same time. I was working on a buddy's promega today and realized the sliders mixed with the feet collide when using optical. Been using these for 6 months now and they solved all my leveling problems. You can only dial in the belts so close. These finish the rest. I know they will work well for you too! C4 - ZSLIDERS I just updated these to also include a version that does not require a heatsert. It still uses the M3 screw. I don't recommend this but it should work just fine. I set the diameter to 3.25 mm for some tolerance. If you are looking for these print v4.1 C4 ZSLIDERS with mechanical risers for small bed level changes. Really helps to get as close to perfect bed level as you can get. I recommend you print these with something that has strength like PETG or ABS. I personally like PETG. Make three and leave the home zslider alone (Back Right). Just measure everything off of the back right. I have added a forth plunger size depending on your printer and tolerances you may need to use one of four sizes. 9.0mm vs 9.25mm vs 9.5mm vs 9.75mm. I recommend starting with 9.0. My best advice is to change out one at a time by removing the rails. You can raise the bed all the way up and move it around even with only 3 sliders connected. This way you don't have to remove the whole bed and you can quickly re-level. Mine are printed with .5 nozzle and .3 layer height no supports. I have added an attachment that helps lock the bed in. I have heard some concern that the bed may move around a bit since floats in 3 corners. The attachment does not need a heatsert and you can run a 12mm M3 screw in there to pressurize the bed and eliminate any wobble. I recommend just using this on the adjustable zslider diagonal the one locked in to the bed. Printed at with .5mm nozzle @ .3mm layer height with supports.
