I created this to fill the tapered cutout of a 4mm counter-sunk screw hole. It was created for parts that might be installed upside down - to fill the counter sunk part of the hole and relieve any stress in that area. Originally developed to install the RPM Rustler front bumper upside-down on a 2wd Slash (to act as the frame for an on-road style bumper).
