<p>M4 Knob for Cap Head Screws</p><p>Knob is 14mm diameter, 12mm high.<br>Print with PETG straight from the gcode file. If you print with a different material you may need to allow for shrinkage.</p><p>0.15mm layer height<br>0.4mm nozzle<br>100% infill<br>No supports or brim</p><p>To fit the knobs onto the M4 cap head screw press the knob onto the head using a vice. Make sure it goes on square. The knob will be pretty much permanently fixed to the screw.</p><p>I've included the SOLIDWORKS file (which isn’t very elegant) if you want to make knobs for different sizes but you'll need to scale the part up to 101% (for PETG) to allow for shrinkage.</p><p> </p><p>Regards, Paul.</p>
