m4 to m5 spacer/collar

Been building a Laser Engraver based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3076099 and have run out of long m5 screws so I'm having to make do with m4's, but this leaves things a little loose, so threw these together in Tinkercad, the longer one is for the X carriage assembly, and the shorter one is for anything else. Feel free to remix as needed!
