I made them in the form of a chocolate bar because they are easier to print this way. 100 nuts per print. Use a cutter to separate the nuts. The M5 screw will drill its own path in the hole of the nut. I built a complete MendelMax with these nuts and I can say they hold very well. Instructions At first, I couldn't find the necessary T-slot nuts. Then, I found them at a very high price which I didn't liked. So I decided to find a substitute for the nuts and I designed this substitute using AutoCAD 2000. The first nuts I made, were separate and ready to use but the process of printing them was not very reliable, since some of them were distorted. Then I decided to make them under the form of a chocolate bar and after printing, to separate them using a cutter.
