So some final notes : if you have the real dart, and want to make sabot petals, get the M735-j-sabot-top-v2.stl and M735-j-sabot-bottom-v3.stl files. They make a reasonable good fit with a bit of fitting around the real dart. They use a 3.15mm spacing on the driving buttresses. If you want to print one of these for fun using the M735-l files of the dart and sabots, they use an earlier and incorrect 3.10mm spacing so they won't fit the real dart. Also, the dart diameter is too big relative to the sabots, so you have to shrink it slightly. In cura, I printed the sabots at 46% in all 3 dimensions, but the dart body and fins I printed 45% X and Y, 46% in Z and it fits really well into to the sabots. This made a 2" diameter sabot which happens to perfectly fit my potato air cannon. 13June2020: Whole model, and individual petals. Generally the latest version of whatever you are downloading will be the best. Won't fit on a 200^3 printer so I had to slice it some.. I'm just now getting to printing it and making tweaks so it will fit my dart. The whole model + petals should fit just fine. Both have 3.1mm locking ridge spacing. The real dart has a 3.15 spacing and wouldn't fit after 20 rings and I had to redo the petals. The ring is if you happen to already have 3 petals and need the ring to go around them. Not sure how one would get it on there without breaking it tho.. Have to cut it and just use it for cosmetics.
