Plastic cover for M8 threaded rod. My filament and/or PTFE guide tube would always rub on my RepRap Prusa Mendel i2 top threaded rods, causing it to wear and leave dust etc. I initially taped the rods and this helped a bit. This is a more aesthetically pleasing solution. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: Solid Notes: Print with a brim so parts stick even when they are long. I used a 5mm wide brim. Clean up afterwards. Part files are 100mm long. Scale in Z axis only to change length. STL and STEP files included.
