I have no idea why my nine year old daughter wanted this, but she requested exactly this thing - the stand for mac keyboard to type on it in 45 degree angle. Personally I find its nearly impossible to type at such angle. \ Once again - have no idea why she needs it. She requested - I've made it and printed it. So if you feel same serious about 45 degree stand for your mac keyboard - this one can be a good start) Fits both long and short macbook keyboard versions.
