Mac Mini Cooling Fan Base (2012, 2015, 2018)

Designed this base for my Mac mini where the fan connector has broken off while swapping a hard disk, the following notes: - Made for use with a Noctua NF-P14s redux 900 140mm fan (I assume other 140mm fans will also fit) - Mounting holes are sized to use wit the Noctua anti vibration mounts. - Fan cable (without connector) can be fitted through the 6mm hole on the backside. - To lift the Mac of the base use an insulation strip, width 9mm thickness 5,5mm, but you need to cut it back to 7mm to fit it in the base. Before this mount I had a self-made table with a hole and fan mounted and the Mac mini on top. Now my new Mac min 2018 sits in its place (with fan still intact :-) back cover removed. Temp of the processor does never pass 75 degrees Celsius. Under normal operations around 30 degrees Celsius Note: Updated the model with Air vents around the base. In first version there was no gap. Cooling is now better with air flowing through and around the Mac mini.
