MacBook Pro 140W Cable Winder

A quick and dirty remake of the cord winder to make it fit the larger 140W charger for new M1 MacBooks. I printed this at .2 layer height, 20% infill in ABS. I recommend sanding down the outside rims of the inner rotating pieces with 220 grit sandpaper to make the rotation much smoother. I used bolts to keep the assembly together, but you can use glue. Like I said, this is quick and dirty. Feel free to modify to add some kind of latching mechanism. To make the hinge, cut a length of 1.75mm filament and insert it in the holes to keep the hinge together. Glue or melt at both ends to keep in place. To install the retention rings on each side, melt or glue the rings to each side's inner rotating piece with the base tightly sandwiched below. To attach the handle, you can add a bit of glue or solvent to each hole if the fit is not snug enough.
