I broke the screen glass a second time (it was previously broken and replaced when replacing the LCD) and I did't want to buy a new one. I created the bezel and divided it in 6 parts: 4 corners, top and bottom, and I used double sided tape to fix them to the lid. Due to lack of precision of my printer, the parts are slightly big, so I put them over the lid without stickind them, and grinded the edges until they fit perfetly. There is almost no gap part-part or part-edge (but, you can see the union line, of course). The bezel has some marks in the interior to be avoided when putting the sticker so it will not tear the wires if you need to remove them. It was designed for Macbook Unibody 2008, but it should fit any 2008 to 2012 non-retina Macbook. I painted mine in black matte, and I can say that "it's not that bad". Maybe a better printer will produce a better result. I printed the visible side in contact with the bed to get a smooth finish, and I grinded it slightly before painting. Too much effort for an almost 12 years laptop? Maybe.
