This is prop from nintendo game: Monster Hunter Generation It's called Maccao Piercer and I made it for a desing challenge on Myminifactory, but i'm sharing it here so all who doesn't have a Myminifactory account can print it! All parts are made to be printed with no support! I put two different blade models: - Blade full. stl is a one piece blade for bigger 3d printers - Blade 2 pieces. stl is one cutted in half to print it on smaller 3d printers There is a part called "Internal rod", you'll need it to assemble the dagger. But if you have a rod 20x163mm (20 is a diameter of the rod in mm ) you can use that! Assembly is very easy, just watch pictures i put here! All was printed on my Prusa i3 MK2: 0.2 mm layers height no supports 5mm brim ( so i can print with no glue and be sure that first layer stick to bed ) 10% infill pla fillament was used ( Icefilaments for grey, pink and black parts and BQ filament for the red one, i'm speaking about photos i put here) Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10% Notes: I used 5mm brim around all part to make them stick well on printing bed with no glue ! Post-Printing If you printing it with brim , like i did, you'll just need to cut it away! How I Designed This Designed for challenge I designed it in Rhinoceros using as reference some photos that i was able to find in internet.
