Machine fixture, formed tube machining design

This was a fun little tube rolling and machine fixture job... I am new to machining and love the learning curve... I have begun making some fun stuff that is relatively easy but looks pretty cool anyway...This particular model/fixture takes the formed tubing (which was a pain in the ass, we ended up with filling the tube with a lead substitute, then had to cook it out). We lock in the tube with a set screw(ish) setup to squeeze the tube into the die for the contour cut. After tramming it in and zeroing out, we cut to size. We can rotate up 90degrees lock in the tabbed uprights and mill the holes in.Sorry if this ignorant, as I am to this new process of machining...I hope someone can benefit and add ideas...As always... Feedback, likes and advice is more than welcome and helpful...Thanks,Dick Lowe
