This is a remix of machinelou Ender 3 bed knobs : (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3751082). Credits to machinelou for the original design. Great design, but the original design was meant to be 2 pieces glued together with a nut caught in-between both halves. I remixed this to make it a single piece (still using a M4 lock-nut), no need to glue anything and the M4 nut fits tightly and securely in the cutout. It's also a little thinner than the original. I also added spacing for a washer to sit in-between the knob and the bed. You will need 4 M4 lock nuts and 4 M4 washers. Those lock-nut knobs are so good, I haven't had to re-level my bed once since I started usuing those.
