===PLEASE READ== Maclaren XLR Techno is a nice stroller, but its wheels is a disaster. Due to poor engineering (or due to good focus on selling spare parts) axes are badly fixed, allowing free movement for wheels over time. This movement destroys brake cog disks. This is a reverse-engineered model. Original disk has p/n MO02369 ISS1 whatever it stands for Printed in ABS it works for me and my kid. Attached you will find STL and Sketchup model. Model is x10 scaled up, so scale it down in printer software (x0.1) Sketchup model consists of 2 groups in case you would like to print then separetly and then glue together. Shims that are likely to wear out are included as well P.S. Please keep in mind that disassembly of wheels is rather difficult, though straight forward. P.P.S. Consider making a thread on axes fixing it with nut + threadlock. P.P.P.S :) Cog/tooth on the side that inserts into wheel is rather easy to brake one-by-one, however, once inserted into the wheel they work OK
