Macro Flash Diffuser Adapter Ring for Laowa 25mm f/2.8 2.5-5x

This ring is designed to be used only on the Laowa 25mm f/2.8 2.5-5x macro lens, where it fits onto the front of the lens using the same bayonets that the lens cap attaches to. Build yourself a simple diffuser as shown in the photos, attach the adapter ring to your lens, then zip-tie the foam to the adapter ring as shown. The adapter has two versions: one that is just a circular ring, and another that has tabs that extend from the bottom to provide an extra place to hold and steady the lens when shooting handheld. I tuned the scale of the ring for my printer and it fits perfectly on my Laowa with a snug "snap" into position on the bayonet. You may need to scale yours 0.5-1% in either direction to achieve the proper fit. Print with the bayonets against the print bed. I have designed the ring to print without supports when in this orientation. Infill can be set as low as you want, but I recommend 40-100%. A heavier ring will act to reduce vibrations when shooting handheld.
