I encountered issues with both cables on my Macsafe 85W, so I constructed a protective case to allow for continued rough handling without obstructing heat dissipation. A future addition could be a Peltier element for cooling and battery charging purposes. The design is based on my Clunchbox and Strap Buckle Clip, with print orientation crucial for clip strength.
