Mad Dog Mech

Mad Dog Mech

thingiverse

Designed in Autodesk Inventor, printed on a MakerGear M2, White ABS 25% infill (this can probably be taken down to 20%.) Print took about 7 hours. Stands just over 4 3/4" center torso turns, legs are poseable, ball joints attach feet to legs. When cleaning moving parts test fit in regular intervals so that everything stays stiff. The design is not 100% canon, but if anyone has suggestions or improvements I am always willing to listen. I airbrushed the model above with red and used sharpies to color everything else. I used 1/8 x 1/16 neodymium magnets to hold the arms on rather than glue them. There is a picture of the layout I used for printing in Simplify3d. I will try to add more detailed printing and assembly instructions.
