This is a simple adapter for 3 x C cell maglite to using 2 x 18650 batteries. You will need to cut off the support "wings" after printing the object. And you will need a screw for making a connection between the batteries + side and the flashlight battery connector. You will need to replace the light to a stronger one before using 18650 batteries!
