Updated 11/19/16 to correct the top plate... And added bigger holes for FPV transmitter antenna... This got 50 downloads in the first 12 hours... sorry, but still a work in progress! Make America Great Again... Inspired by another Quad on here that wouldn't fit my components, I remade a frame specifically to fit the components in the HobbyKing Force 200 QUAD DIY kit. Overall there's a wider frame, more space under the arms and a taller body than the Firefly Pro drone. I tried to make it so all components will fit inside protected spaces and come out clean in a crash! The hobbyking kit comes with 20 propellers, this will be my FPV "trial by fire" frame that I can easily reprint when I crash it. Specifically fitted for: • KINGKONG 2204-2300KV Motors, 12 and 16 millimeter hole spacing. • KINGKONG 12A 2-4S OPTO BLHeli ESC’s, perfect space cut out under the arms with zip tie cutout. • KINGKONG 5V-3A UBEC, room inside. • Mini CC3D Flight Controller, holes cut out and frame dimension-ed to fit the anti-vibration housing included in the kit. Unsure if it'll mount to the top or bottom frame, but included spacers allow bolt-mounting to the top. Zip ties to either top or bottom will be fine too. I also added a mount for FPV camera at 25 degree angle. I put "1x" or "2x" in front of filenames to indicate duplicates.. No support needed. 10% infill, I used 0.25 but .40 will be fine too. No tiny details, and structural rigidity is good. I'm using a 3/32 drill to tap all the holes. It will require about two dozen M2 and M3.6-10-16mm bolts to assemble, as well as mini zip ties. I will post an update when I've assembled and flown it! Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3v Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2-0.4 Infill: 5-15% Notes: Put the top frame at 45 degree angle to fit in 200mm print space. Turn off brim/skirt, at least no wider than 2-3mm to avoid going off the edges of the print space for the top frame. No support needed. Post-Printing Update to follow....
