Magazine adaptor for 9mm luger

<p>This is a dummy round for a 9mm magazine that will allow the slide to function, but not pick up the round and not hold open on an empty magazine.</p><p>The dummy round was rolling and popping out occasionally so I have revamped the design to prevent this.
