This is based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:676404 but was heavily customized. Note that you can't reach into remove the bits. Instead flip the box over and everything will come out in convenient stacks. I used my Box Generator (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2594893) to enclose it in a box that has a sliding lid. I also increased the hight to hold sleeved card with a bit more room. You can print it at .15mm or .2mm but at .2 you may have to sand the angles on the lid a bit to get it to fit well. This will fit in the Ultimate box above the insert perfectly snug with just enough room for the rules and the lid will close properly.
