The suction cup mount for my Magellan RV9165T-LM RoadMate GPS busted so I was looking for another way to mount it. I decided to model it after the dashmount for an old iQue3600 Palm Pilot / GPS. This is the result. It utilizes the original GPS mount and the attached ball-jointed arm, along with the original toothed inserts. This is assembled like so: bolt > mount > washer > insert > arm > insert > washer > mount > nut Once the nut is tightened the arm is locked in position. You can then either mount the base to the dash with double sided adhesive and/or self tapping screws. I left the screw holes small so that you can drill them out to the size needed if you decide to go that way. Another Sketchup Model - Debunking the Myth that Sketchup is Useless in 3D Printing
