These are tokens for the most common MTG abilities, mana, plus a set of power and toughness increase or decrease counters. The mana and counters are meant to be used along with a dice as a multiplier, use a 6, 12 or even 20 sided dice as you need. As long as it's next to the counter to know that's the multiplier. Use more than one dice if you need for higher values.
