Magnet Stator for a Mini Windmill Style Generator

This Thing is a magnet stator for a windmill style generator. It is designed for 1/2" X 1/4" round magnets. The shaft hole is 1/4". The hole extends 1.55" through the entire piece. From the base to the end of the stem is 1.25". The diameter of the circle is 3.5". To make a solid connection I sand the shaft lightly. I then add a light amount of Gorilla Glue toward the end of the shaft before I slide the stator on. Let it sit for 24 hours to cure. You may need to run a 1/4" drill bit through the piece to ensure a good fit. This Thing can be scaled up to 200% to fit a 1/2" shaft and 1" magnets.
