Magnetic chain to move vehicles in models or dioramas, you can move cars, motorcycles, even boats. All parts except the carriages (chain links) can be printed at 0.2mm layer, and the carriages at 0.1mm layer, both with 0.4mm nozzle. To join the carriages and mount the chain, join them at a 45º angle and turn them a few times until they are smooth. Once the chain is mounted, put it in the track of the circuit, it may be necessary to tighten the circuit leaving a part of the track unattached. I include the gcode ready to print on anycubic i3 Mega or similar. To print the carts well it is convenient to use concentric support, or it will not print correctly. Once the circuit is mounted, it is necessary to cover it on the top with the "road" which should be made of cardboard or wood/plastic thin and smooth on both sides and without sharp joints or the magnets will get stuck, if we use cardboard the magnets should be 0.5mm thin and if we use wood/plastic up to 3mm thick we will use 1mm thick magnets. I recommend surrounding the circuit with 8mm thick wood to support the road. The magnets of the carts are fitted in the square area of each cart, and you can also fit small round magnets to move smaller vehicles such as motorcycles in N scale (one 3x3x3 and one 2x1 in the same cart) otherwise, in normal vehicles use a 3x3x3 magnet in two consecutive carts. The motor needed is this one: I recommend using the 15rpm or 30rpm one. https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B0755DGWS8 Magnets are needed of 3x3x3 for cars and for vehicles round magnets of 2x1mm if we put 2-3mm surface or 1x0.5mm if cardboard surface is used: https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B00TACL1DO https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B00TACL13Y Two 22x14x4mm rubber rings are also required for chain movement: https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B00858A92S
