FRANÇAIS Hi There, This is a remix of : Magnetic Dial Indicator for CR10 OEM, from Tobe81cwb ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2974508 ). Still in WIP (Work in progress), till i have to make some few tests of repetability. I did this remix because: My indicator is a real dial, and dimensions are different from the tobe81cwb one, The size of the probe was shorter, Is wanted a screw to secure the probe attachment, And soften the edge (filet), for a better look, My magnets (those i have actually in stock) are 10 x 3 mm Thank's to Tobe81cwb to give the Fusion 360 .f3d file, the modifications were really easy, better from a mesh file !!! Otherwize, the backplate of my indicator have a support mounting bracket causing troubles to push down the dial in the mount. So i designed a new backplate, without bracket (file called Comparateur Capot AR.stl). Finally, a wrote a little gcode (PLA bed levelling.gcode) to automate the leveling procedure. I'll add a short video for that. You can easily customize it, in your own language and/or bed size and temperatures. Just follow the CR-10 S screen instruction, at the bottom of the LCD... If you want help for translation (from french to english or spanish), message me. EDIT 2018-12-9: Not yet WIP (Work In Progress) FRENCH This is a remix of: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2974508 Still in WIP (work in progress), as I still have to do some repeatability tests. I did this remix because..: My indicator is a real dial indicator and the dimensions are different from those of tobe81cwb, The size of the probe was shorter, I wanted a screw to secure the probe attachment, And soften the edges (net), for a better rendering, My magnets (the ones I currently have in stock) are 10 x 3 mm Thanks to Tobe81cwb for giving the .f3d file of Fusion 360, the modifications were very simple, easier than starting from an stl file !!! In addition, the back plate of my indicator had a mounting bracket which was causing problems to position the dial indicator in the bracket. So I designed a new back plate, without support (file called Comparator Hood AR.stl). Finally, I wrote a small gcode (PLA bed levelling.gcode) to automate the levelling procedure. I will add a short video to illustrate this You can easily customize it, in your own language and/or the size and temperature of your bed. If you are using it as it is in English, simply follow the instructions on the CR-10 S screen, at the bottom of the LCD ...
