I built a 3d printer enclosure for Prusa i3 MK3S+ using aluminum extrusion 2020 profile. I was trying to figure out how to get the door stay closed and was going to put a latch or some kind of door stop. I instead decided to use magnets to align the door and keep it shut. It has a soft feel to it and works well. I've designed this part to embed - 8mm x 3mm Neodymium magnets (you can source it from Amazon. I bought mine from Home Depot) Steps 1. You will need to press in two magnets into each part. 2. Then install one on the door and another on the frame. You will need to align the two parts. 3. There is a small third hole for putting a small screw to keep the part in place, but mine fits pretty tight and the screw was not needed. You can place the part either at the top or the bottom of the door only. It works. But I did put magnets on both at the top and the bottom of the door for more firmer closing and opening. I did research to see if 2020 profile is a "standard", and I am not 100% sure. So you might want to print one and check out the fit first on your 2020 aluminum extrusion.
