Magnetic Eyeglasses Holder

Magnetic Eyeglasses Holder

thingiverse

I need glasses (or a microscope) to read the instructions food producers put on their labels. I was looking for a good storage place in the kitchen for my glasses and I stumbled upon a few glasses holders designs. I decided to make my own slightly different to stick on a refrigerator or other metal surface in the kitchen. The 8 mm dia. X 2 mm thick neodymium magnet (10 for $2.99 at Harbor freight, 67488) is press fit into the hole. I printed this in resin using default Chitubox settings for my Elegoo Mars printer in Elegoo Translucent Standard resin. It is angled at 45° on the buildplate. (Except for the magnet fit, the dimensions are not critical and there is very little load on it.)
